Yes, it is possible to join Nagarjuna College of Engineering and Technology without KCET for B.Tech through the Management Quota. Management Quota has several seats on which direct admission is allowed but fees will be quite higher for such seats. The admission for B.Tech at this institute often results in the seats filling up fast, so you are suggested to make the decision for admission quicky when the admission session is open again.

Without any doubt, Nagarjuna College of Engineering is considered a Tier 2 college. However, the college Management is working hard to make it a Tier 1 college but till now Nagarjuna College of Engineering is a Tier 2 College. While the college offers quality education and great placements to students at the same time, it is still not at the same level as the top institutes in India.

The placement rate of RGC - Rajiv Gandhi Group of Institutions is 90% which is quite higher than the placement rate of Nagarjuna College of Engineering which is only 77%. Even in terms of goodwill and reputation RGC - Rajiv Gandhi Group of Institutions outperforms the Nagarjuna College of Engineering.
