To get admission to a five-year BCom LLB course at BMS College of Law, candidates must pass Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate from a recognised board. Admission to this course is based on both merit and entrance. Candidates are required to qualify BMSCLAT entrance test, after qualifying the basic eligibility criteria. In the last step of the admission process, the college releases a merit list according to the scores secured by the candidates in the entrance examination (BMSCLAT).

Candidates applying for this programmes must excel in the BMSCLAT entrance exam, which is followed by a Personal Interview as part of the selection process.
