In 2023,  Acharya Institute of Technology witnessed a 100% placement rate with 35 companies visiting the campus. These companies offered job roles to 194 students. The average package for placements was INR 3 LPA, while the the highest package reached INR 21 LPA. A bachelor's degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% aggregate is the basic eligibility for MBA admission at AIMIT. Students appearing for the final-year degree examination are also eligible to apply for the course.

MBA admission at AIMIT is entrance exam-based, i.e. national/state level tests and the aptitude test (A-MAT) conducted at the institute level. However, the selection is also based on other factors like interviews, academic performance, work experience (if any), and co-curricular achievements & awards.
