DSBS PGDM admission is based on entrance exam score, followed by the PI and GD rounds. The college accepts scores of GMAT, CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, NMAT, and ATMA for admission. Completed graduation from a recognised institute/university will be considered for admission.

No, candidates must apply and appear for one entrance accepted by the college including GMAT/CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT/ NMAT/ATMA. Additionally, the college also conducts college-based entrance exam i.e., DSBS entrance exam for admission. Further, the final seat is allocated based on the entrance exam score and performance in the PI and GD rounds.

The total number of MBA seats at ABBS is 300. The total number of seats is divided among the two MBA programmes offered at the B-School. The student intake at ABBS for MBA is 240. For MBA in Business Analytics, the total student intake is 60. The mentioned number of seats has been sourced from the official website of the B-School. Acharya Bangalore B-School (ABBS) provides an MBA in affiliation with Bangalore University. Students can choose between to pursue an MBA or an MBA in Business Analytics at the B-School. Based on the Times ranking 2022, ABBS was the fourth best among the colleges ranked by Times in Bangalore. The B-School secured #34 position in the Times ranking. It was also ranked by Business Today at #107 in 2022.

ABBS MBA has been ranked by ranking agencies like Times and Business Today for two consecutive years. In 2022, Times rated ABBS at #34 for MBA. The curriculum for MBA in Business Analytics at ABBS is spread over a period of four semesters. In each semester, students have to study various subjects relavant to the domains of management and business analytics. In the third semester, students are required to undergo an internship. In the third and the fourth semester, students have to choose three and four specialisation subjects respectively. ABBS MBA cut-off is different for the various entrance exams. The latest cut-off for ABBS MBA admission has not been released yet. In the meantime, students can refer to the following table containing the MBA cut-off in the previous years for two of the accepted entrance exams:

After the selection process, ABBS sends admission offers to the shortlisted candidates. Receiving an admission letter means the candidate has been allotted a provisonal seat for an MBA at ABBS. The next step is to confirm the admission within the stipulated time. For this, applicants must pay an initial deposit amount as mentioned on the admission letter. The deposit amount paid at the time of admission will be deducted from the fees due for the first semester. Applicants can pay this amount via a demand draft/Online transfer to the ABBS Account.
