No, a candidate can only register for one level at a time. Candidates must clear their current level (O, A, B, or C) before moving to the next level.

The NIELIT O level will be conducted as a pen-and-paper test. The students have to attempt four theory papers and one practical exams. The theory exam will be of objective multiple-choice type. Each paper will be of 100 marks. There will be no adverse marking for wrong answers. NIELIT O level is conducted twice a year.

NIELIT results will be declared online by the officials. To get the result, the candidates will need to log in with the necessary credentials. The candidates will need to submit their exam year, name, roll number and date of birth to log in and view their result. No other method will be adopted for announcing the NIELIT results.

  • Open student.nielit.gov.in.

  • Locate the "View Result" link.

  • Go to the section and select your course.

  • Enter the "Exam Year, Exam Date/Roll Number, Name, and Date of Birth."

  • Click "View" button.

  • Detailed sheet and result will show up.

  • Download your result.

You can find your assigned NIELIT exam centre on your NIELIT admit card. The NIELIT centre allotment is done basis the candidate's preference.

No, the NIELIT result will not be offline. Candidates need to view the NIELIT O result online at student.nielit.gov.in. To view the result, the candidates need to log in with the specified credentials. Individual results are announced for the various cycles of the NIELIT O-level exam. The marks secured in the exam can be verified through the result.

NIELIT 2026 O/A/B/C January cycle application forms were available around September-October 2025. NIELIT 2026 O/A/B/C courses January cycle applications are now over. No applications will be accepted after the NIELIT 2026 application form deadline. All proper and valid details had to be entered in the NIELIT 2026 application form for O/A/B/C courses.

Admission at NIT Calicut is merit based with the college accepting JEE Main, GATE, IIT JAM, CAT, NIMCET, UGC NET scores etc. The selection criteria varies for each course. Candidates are required to participate in counselling, written exam, and interview rounds, as per the selection criteria of the applied course.

Yes, there are chances that candidates with 60% in their Class 12 can get admission to certificate courses at NIELIT Calicut. The institute does not mention any minimum percentage criteria for admissions to certificate courses. However, it is not definite that candidates with 60% in their Class 12 can get admission to the certificate course because the institute offers merit-based admissions and has a limited number of seats in the courses.
