As the cutoff marks are still not provided by official website of NIELIT Shillong, yet Candidates can be eligible to pursue ACC at Nielit Shillong if he/she scores minimum 50% in the Nielit entrance exam and has passed 12th with minimum 50% - 60% from any recognised board of secondary education.

Candidates can be eligible to pursue ECC at Nielit Shillong if he/she scores minimum 50% in the Nielit entrance exam and has passed 12th with minimum 50% - 60% from any recognised board of secondary education. So, yes you can get admission in NIELIT Shillong for ECC with 60% in class 12th.

National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology (NIELIT), Shillong is one of the centres of NIELIT institutions. Nielit Shillong, located in Meghalaya offers long-term, short-term certificate, and other courses to students across the Hardware, Networking & Maintenance, and various other streams at very affordable cost. Though there are other good colleges in Shillong for IT and software as well as hardware streams yet Nielit Shillong is one of the good constitute of NIELIT.

NIELIT Shillong offers both long term and short term courses. The fees of various short term courses like BCC, CCC, ECC etc. cost around INR.4k - 8k. However, different long terms courses like O' Level in IT (Software), 'O' Level in CHM etc. cost around INR.15k - 30K.

NIELIT entrance exam Scores are accepted by this college. And the minimum eligibility criteria to get a opportunity to study here is minimum 50% marks in entrance examination and pass 12th in any recognised board of education.
