Durham College Student Association (DCSA) is responsible for a wide range of services for students such as administration of the student health insurance plan, offering outreach services, and engaging students with a number of multi-focused and multi-lingual programming on Riot Radio (college's visual radio system). In short, DCSA is an important voice in providing advocacy support for students. Additionally, the student association supports a number of student clubs and activities on-campus with promotions and funding. 

Students who achieve Academic Excellence in their programme of study at Durham may be awarded an in-course scholarship valued up to CAD 1,000 (Around INR 63k). For the celebration of the achievements, the recipients of these scholarships are invited to an award ceremony.
