Students can apply for one programme per application at Douglas. If you are not eligible for admission to said desired programme then you will be offered admission to pathway programme or another programme of choice without reapplying.

Douglas College will send you acknowledgement letter approximately two or three weeks after submission. An admissions officer will advise you about all the eligibility requirements for your desired programme in writing.

Yes, Indian students can defer their admission at Conestoga College if they miss visa deadlines however, it is not guaranteed

The initial tuition paid to Conestoga is not refundable (CAD 2,500) so it is important to apply for a deferral as early as possible if  the visa is delayed.

The same can be done via the official portal of the college.

Conestoga College recommends applying for admission by February 1 for the Fall intake of this year. It is the case because it is the equal consideration date for the Ontario colleges

If the students choose this date to apply, the chances of admission increase a lot.  The applicants can apply via the OCAS portal

The applications can be accepted after this Conestoga application deadline too, but it may not be available for oversubscribed programs.

Yes, the competitive programs at the University of British Columbia have earlier admission deadlines for Indian students.

The courses like MA in Psychology, LLM and Master of Urban Design admission deadlines fall earlier, generally between the months like November and January.

There are general UBC admission deadlines but courses like these demand an earlier application for a timely evaluation

Yes, for the University of British Columbia admissions at UG level, a class 12th result from CBSE, ISC or State Board is accepted.

This admission process is surely quite competitive and it will require these CBSE students to have a minimum score of 85 to 88%.

Indian applicants also need high scores in relevant subjects like English and Mathematics.
