I think you should visit those colleges' websites to know about it.
At present most of the colleges have online form filling. Look for it also.

While Maths is required for almost all levels in University of Calgary & it depends really on which course you may want to apply. You may look at the individual courses on the University list - http://www.ucalgary.ca/pubs/calendar/current/a-5-4.html
As far as I know Arts courses can still be applied without the Mathematics.

It's nice to see that you have scored reasonably well in 12th. It seems you have not appeared in any entrance exam. Admissions to colleges normally open after results of state board's 12th is declared. I feel you still have time to apply.
