No, It is not compulsory to appear for MU BAAT for admission to PGP TBM programme of Masters' Union. Candidates having valid score in GMAT, GRE, or CAT will be exempted from taking MU BAAT process. Such candidates will be shortlisted for interview rounds basis on the score obtained in GMAT, GRE or CAT examination.
However, if a candidate feels that his/her score in GMAT, GRE and CAT is not competitive enough, they can opt to take MU BAAT exam. MU BAAT 2026 will be held in three phases. The first phase of MU BAAT will be held till October 19, 2025.
