Hi,
Different universities have different requirements, not possible to list out every university and college requirements. Generally, top universities require 75% whereas 55% can be the minimum for any tier 2-3 college.

Hello,
You can check University of Alberta and University of Calgary amongst the top ones. Your scores are good and with a strong SOP and recommendation letters I am pretty sure you can be considered for admissions. Please however remember that MS admissions are very selective in Canada. Other options could be The King's University, Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and University of Lethbridge.

The best universities in Canada for CS includes University of British Columbia, University of Toronto, University of Alberta, University of Waterloo, University of Calgary, Ryerson University, Simon Fraser University among others.
