Yes, IELTS is required in Bow Valley College because the college requires international students whose first language is not english, to demonstrate their proficiency in the English langauge. However, international students can prove their proficiency in the English language by submitting score of TOEFL, PTE and DET as well. Here is the minimum English language requirements:
