If you are looking for the best colleges in Canada to do mechanical engineering then go for Centennial College - Toronto, Ontario and George Brown College - Toronto, Ontario. Their fees will be around 6-7 lakhs. Moreover try to score 6.5 or above band score in IELTS exam. Best of luck!

Are you talking about Fleming college ,Ontario, Canada? If yes, then it's hard. Actually, the colleges are not that reputed in Canada. Fee maybe less and they won't provide any placement assistance. I know some people who graduated from Fleming college. They are struggling to get a job.
This is one side of the coin.
Another side, everything is based on your luck and if you have contacts there in Canada like your family relatives is there and if they help you to get a job, then it will be somewhat easy otherwise you will struggle.

It is not necessary, but it would be a good idea to inform the university about the date of your arrival in Canada.

University of Windsor has the best research program in automotive though its world ranking in comparison to Ontario is low. So, you may compare the acceptance rate, course structure, finances, cultural aspect, etc. before making a final decision.
