They do not require a GRE score. University of Toronto offers a M.Eng and MAsc in civil engineering. Both the programs have different requirements. I will therefore urge you to check their website and see which program you would fit into.

To pursue BBA programme across India, it is not necessary that one should be a mathematics student. BBA programme can be pursued by anyone. All the best.
