University of Toronto is public research university and is Canada's top university. U of T has been consistently ranked among top 20 universities in world by THE. QS Rankings 2024 ranked the university #21 in the world which is a significant improvement of 13 positions from last year's #34. Meanwhile, THE Rankings 2023 ranked University #18 in the world. THE has been consistently ranking the university at #18 position in world for last four years.
