Hello, ROI depends on a number of factors, your qualifications and skills are most important. University reputation, program you study demand of the program are other determining factors. Remember that even the top university won't guarantee placements until you have the skills. Scholarships are always given on merit. The criteria for evaluating depends on what you plan to study, your academic grades, work experience etc.

It is not amongst the most preferred colleges. since jobs are applied off campus and Canadian citizen are given better preferences. You need to apply to premier institutions and if possible go to Usa where there are abundant jobs.

Hi Repudaman,
University of Saskatchewan is a reputed university, however for mechanical engineering you may also look at University of Waterloo, University of Ottawa, University of Toronto, McMaster University, McGill University and University of Alberta.

your chances are quite bright for M.Sc in UK as they normally don't ask for work experience for Msc and you IELTS score will do the rest. For Canada I suppose for masters overall 7.0 IELTS asked for top university.

Hi Muzammil,
As per institutional rules you must pay fees for one semester or one year as required by the SPP college. You must submit copy of receipts for tuition payment (ONE Semester/ONE Year) during the visa process. Check some college websites and contact the admission offices for finance and fee related information. They are extremely helpful and will guide in this regard.
Good Luck!
