Yes u can pursue MS in CS from McGill University after your BCA of three years if u have minimum 3.2 GPA out of 4 in your Bachelor's degree and having good rank and cutoff score in GRE for it. So, give your best :). .

It depends on you and the programme you want to get into - are you targeting a Certificate Diploma? Post-Graduate Diploma? A Masters degree? Most universities and colleges accept 10+2+3 for PG Diploma and Certificate Diploma. For Masters, most colleges accept 10+2+3 but universities require an additional year of education for certain programs. There are some universities that accept 10+2+3 and some of them are as follows -

Hi,
Minimum IELTS Band Requirement for Canada Study Permit. A study visa for Canada requires the Student to score at least 5.5 in each of the four IELTS bands requirements with an overall minimum score of 6.0 and above for undergraduate & Diploma programs.
