Yes, MBA is good but if we talk about placement records then Bharath University is good for B.Tech rather than MBA.

All this information you can get by visiting there website. But, I would like to suggest that in comparison to B.Sc in MLT you should go for B.VOC Degree in Medial Lab Technology.
B.VOC is a work integrated degree program where you will have on the job training/ practicals directly in the hospitals. This course focuses more on practical learning in comparison to theoretical learning so that students gets well prepared for the industry.
B.Voc is a work integrated degree program where applicants get opportunity to earn while learning.
In this program theory classes happen at International Skills Academy (training hub partner) and practica

Fee structure will be around INR 5-3 lakhs per annum. This is the general fees but if your rank is not good then it will be around INR4-5 lakhs per annum including hostel.
