In order to support overall growth of students, Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering provides a wide variety of clubs and extracurricular activities. The National Cadet Corps (NCC) Robotics Club, and National Service Scheme (NSS) are notable organizations that promote leadership, technological proficiency and community service. The college provide decent placement opportunities. The highest package offered at Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering is INR 8 LPA and the average package is around INR 3-4 LPA. Around 65% of the students get placed every year. Some top recruiting companies include TCS, Airtel, Wipro, Zoho, etc.

Depending on the specialisation and admission quota (government or management) the annual cost of a B.E or B.Tech degree at Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering can range from INR 32,000 to INR 178,000. With the exception of other expenses like transport and hostel fees (INR 75,000 per year) the overall course fee for four years is roughly INR 2,00,000 to INR 2,20,000. Because of demand fees for computer Science and engineering are frequently at the upper end of the spectrum.

For admission to Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering B.E./B.Tech programs, applicants must have finished their 10+2 coursework with at least 50% of possible points in math, physics, and chemistry from an accredited board. The requirements for reserved categories are 40% for SC/ST and 45% for BC/MBC. In addition to PCM candidates with vocational courses in textile technology or basic mechanical engineering are also qualified. There is no entrance exam required. Admission is determined by TNEA counseling based on class 12th grades.

Founded in Chennai in 1990, Aalim Muhammed Salegh College of Engineering is a private school having AICTE approval and affiliation to Anna University. With renowned recruiters like TCS, Wipro, and Cognizant offering packages up to INR 5 LPA it provides B.E. programs with an 80% placement record. The campus has state-of-the-art amenities like labs, a library and supportive faculty. On the other hand several students complain about poor infrastructure upkeep and little internship chances. For those who want to pursue engineering it's a good option.

The NATA exam is conducted by the Council of Architecture (CoA). It is conducted for admission to BArch at many colleges, not only for the Aalim Muhammed Salegh Academy of Architecture. The exam is scheduled to be conducted on every Saturday and Sunday from April to July 2025. SO, the result date will be dependent on the date of your shift.

With more than 25 members, the faculty of Aalim Muhammed Salegh Academy of Architecture is extremely skilled many of them have advanced degrees and certifications in CAD, STAAD and ArchiCAD. In addition to their research and art exhibitions the professors have more than ten years of teaching and industrial experience including positions at TCS and CTS. Through workshops and guest lectures they promote experiential learning yet some students complain about the uneven caliber of instruction. A strong curriculum that equips students for professional problems is supported by the faculty's knowledge.
