As Madras University normally admits applicants based on the merit of their qualifying examination (12th or equivalent), you can apply after completing your 12th grade at the Rural Institute of Open Schooling with a 60% score. But, as some courses could have extra prerequisites or restrictions for distance education qualifications, it's important to check with the university directly for precise eligibility criteria.
