The college's robust alumni network and corporate relationships make placements at WCC highly sought after, as they play a key role in connecting students with employment opportunities.
Women's Christian College (WCC) recorded the highest-ever package of INR 45 Lakh Per Annum (as per advertisements) during the 2023 placements. Additionally, it states that eight businesses in all paid the campus a visit in 2023 for WCC placements.
Prior to 2023, the highest package given by WCC was approximately INR 26 lakhs annually.

While both the colleges are prioritised by students to persue MBBS from . SBMCH is definitely better due to placement records and packages, faculties in both the colleges are equally good. Admission in both the colleges are accepted through national level entrance examination - NEET UG.
