Candidates must pass Class 12 with Physics and Maths as compulsory subjects along with one among Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subject/ Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Informatics Practices/ Agriculture/ Engineering Graphics/ Business Studies with at least 60% aggregate to apply for the BTech course. SRM Institute of Technology Kattankulathur campus offers a four-year BTech divided into eight semesters.
