No need to worry, just follow a simple procedure before changing the place. Just try to meet the Vice-Chancellor of Bharathiar University but before you meet the VC of the university, get a transfer letter signed by the higher authority of your deemed university and then write a letter citing your concerns and then attach both and show to the VC of Bharathiar University that would be enough and your attendance and everything will be intact. The admission into ME/M.Tech programs are PSG tech, Coimbatore is based on the GATE scores only. You need to have a GATE score of above 40 so as to have a seat at PSG.
The admission is also via TANCET scores, which are for TN candidates.
However, the GATE scores fill most of the seats.

To get admission into PSG college of technology for undergraduate engineering is to have good cut off (a good aggregate in PCM out of 200) in your HSC. if you belong to Tamil Nadu state board, then your cut off in TNEA counseling matters.
For post graduate engineering admissions, you need to clear TANCET exam with a good score. And for management, you need to clear TANCET MBA exam with a good score.
