Both colleges are good, but my first priority would be IMS Ghaziabad because is previous year placement is quite good when compared to FOSTIIMA. It also provides better facilities to students comparatively. You can read student reviews of students for both institutes on the Shiksha website. In this way, you can get first-hand information about both colleges.

Here is the list of colleges of Delhi/NCR that offers Master of Science in Neuroscience and Master of Science in Clinical Research: Amity University Campus, Gurgaon has the course named Master of Science Neuroscience and the fees of the first year rupees 1,18,000.
