Yes, without an honors degree in economics, you can apply for an MA in Economics at Delhi University (DU) or Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). Admission to both universities is via an entrance exam. Regardless of their bachelor's degree, anybody can pursue an MA in Economics at DU's Delhi School of Economics. You can apply for merit or direct admission online.
The MA in Economics at JNU is a two-year full-time program. JNU is a research-oriented institution. Without an honors degree in economics, you can apply for an MA in Economics at DU or JNU. You must, however, fulfill the minimal percentage requirement.

DTU has a high ranking according to NIRF as compared to NSUT. The DTU Institute also has high rankings and reviews from students as compared to NSUT. The Placement records and the placement rate of DTU College are more than that of NSUT there are a large number of companies that visit DTU Institute as compared to NSUT. The highest Package offered by DTU Institute is about 82.5 LPA and the average Package offered by DTU is nearly 20 LPA the highest package offered by NSUT is nearly 16 LPA and the average package offered by NSUT is 14 LPA. The Institute differs in its infrastructure and faculty.

IGNOU stands for Indira Gandhi National Open University. The University was established by an act of parliament in 1985. IGNOU is a recognised University by UGC. All, the Diploma degrees from IGNOU University are accepted all over India as well as in foreign countries. The University is run by the Central Government of India, with headquarters in New Delhi. There are various UG.
