Good infrastructure. Sports facilities and placement statistics are excellent.

Placements: In NIT Delhi, I am pursuing B.Tech in CSE. The placement percentage in CSE is 100%, as the number of students is not very high, which is an advantage for placements. The highest package offered to date is 82 LPA, the lowest is around 4–5 LPA, and the average package is around 19 LPA. Top companies like Microsoft, Amazon, and Nvidia recruit students from NIT Delhi. Most students (around 90%) get internships at companies like Microsoft, Accenture, and Visa. Software Engineer is the top role offered.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is very impressive, including the hostels, but the mess food is a little disappointing. Wi-Fi is available everywhere, including classrooms, labs, and the library. Ethernet is available in the hostels. The hostel provides all basic amenities such as washrooms, water coolers, air conditioning, and washing machines, all in proper working condition. Although the mess food is disappointing. There are canteens on campus that serve good-quality food. Campus also has a health center, a well-equipped gym, and excellent sports facilities. Students are receiving training from coaches in each sport.

Faculty: Teachers are GATE-qualified and very knowledgeable. Their teaching methods are also impressive. The course curriculum is relevant and is updated regularly according to industry demands. Students build projects with the guidance of professors. The semester exams are easy to pass, and most students clear them. Although some get backlogs in one or two subjects. If you attend all lectures attentively, you can easily score an SGPA of 8 or above.

Other: I chose this course because it is the best option according to my JEE rank. The course is well-designed, but project guidance can be improved, as teachers assign projects. Students have to complete most of the work on their own. Many events are organized regularly by different clubs. The campus crowd is small but sufficient to enjoy college life. The location is not very good, but many scholarships are available for students.

Perfection does not need any review of placements.

Placements: As you know, NIT Delhi is one of the fastest-growing NITs in India. So, as the growing speed of their placement rate is also increasing year by year across all departments. Its placement rate reached 100 percent in the last few years. In the CSE department, there is 100 percent placement rate in 2025, with 58LPA the highest and 18.27 LPA the average package.

Infrastructure: There is an issue for boys that their hostels are 6 km away from the college, which is why many students are not enjoying their campus life efficiently. Food quality is extraordinary. All classes have a separate Wi-Fi system and all labs have an individual system for each student.

Faculty: There are so many teachers who are knowledgeable and helpful for us in all our activities. All teachers teach us like a beginner, and they give relevant knowledge to us and make difficult exam papers so that we can analyze our problem-solving capability very efficiently.

Other: I chose this course because I think it was the best choice according to my rank in JEE Main. I wish to add other programming languages to my curriculum. There are several activities held in college, like sports, events, Zeal, fests, etc.

I had two valuable years at NIT Delhi.

Placements: NIT Delhi has a great placement record each year. The average salary offered is one of the highest among all NITs. The highest package offered in 2024 was 62 LPA, and the lowest package was 16 LPA. The average package was 17 LPA. Companies like Adobe, Amazon, Microsoft, and Deloitte visited the college for placements.

Infrastructure: At NIT Delhi, construction is undergoing. It has shifted to a permanent campus, and it is a well-furnished campus. All LTs ( lecture theatres) are air-conditioned. Labs are well-equipped and have all the required equipment. Currently, there is only one hostel for boys and one for girls. The other hostel is expected to be complete by August 2025. Sports facilities are good. It has most of the sports courts and grounds.

Faculty: NIT Delhi has one of the best curriculum systems, as the NEP ( new education policy) is implemented here. All faculty members are PhD holders and experienced in their respective fields. Exam patterns are suitable for students. There is not too much pressure for the curriculum.

We have a very good placement states and college life is fun too.

Placements: NIT Delhi has a strong placement record, with 80-90% of students getting placed. The highest package offered was 40-50 LPA, the lowest was 5 LPA, and the average package in CSE was 15 LPA. Companies that visited the campus included Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Gamescraft, and DeShaw. In addition, 70-85% of students got internships that led to pre-placement offers. This year, the highest package offered was 64 LPA.

Infrastructure: Our hostels are very clean and comfortable. Each room has two attached washrooms, and the mess food is quite good. The admin block has a lot of labs and classrooms, all of which have projectors and air conditioning. We also have canteens on campus.

Faculty: The professors are very helpful, and the semester exams are not that difficult. The passing marks for each subject are 30%, and there is a 75% attendance requirement. The courses cover a variety of topics, including AI, ML, and data science. The college also offers minor degrees.

Other: I chose this course because I was interested in software development. I like the college environment very much, and all the students, seniors, and professors are very helpful. The college organizes many events, and I participate in many of them. Some of the events are organized by various clubs in the college, such as Teach Fest Anveshna.

Happy with placements but very sad with the mess.

Placements: In my opinion, I will give a 5-star rating because the placements are so good and year by year, the percentage of students getting placed is also increasing. This year, the highest package was INR 86 LPA and the overall average package was around INR 19 Lacs per annum.

Infrastructure: I will say the course work was good and the facilities that were provided were decent. If we talk about infrastructure, even though the campus was a small area, the infrastructure was good and the library and classrooms were also good and clean. For mess, the food was the worst, not up to par. If you are from the South Side, then it will be very difficult for you to eat the mess food.

Faculty: The semester exams are moderate. And the teachers are qualified from top colleges; even though they are very less experienced (some teachers), they make us understand clearly. They used to teach the lessons in Hindi, which was not good because some people from the South might face issues.

Other: Since childhood, I have been very interested in coding so that's why I have chosen CSE. The fests are very rare here, the connectivity is bad and the campus crowd is high.

In depth review of NIT Delhi.

Placements: 95 percent students are placed in our college, many have more then one offers, the highest package is about 65 Lacs, and the lowest is 7 LPA, and average package is 18 LPA Top recruiter are samsung, amd, book my show etc. Internship offer are very less here. Less then half of the student get internship offer.

Infrastructure: Hostel room are very good in Delhi, but the main problem as shortage of rooms, so even final year student have to share room with 5 students. Campus is covered with Wi-Fi network For traveling from hostel to admin block E-vehicle is there. Classrooms are equipped with smart andriod based screens, and computer labs have i7 based chip.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and cooperative. All the professors hold Ph.D. degree in there respective field and are well researched Student to teacher is also very good about 12:1. Yes, course curriculum is very good here. Expect some electrical subject in. Other then that all the course is making us industry ready. Semesters exam are not very tough if you have listen in the class then you can easily clear the exams.

Other: I choose this course because I want to peruse computer Science from NITS. And this is best getting, curriculum is good here expect some electrical subjects in computer Science subject. But the latest batch did not have this problem thanks to NEP.

Good college in future .

Placements: As I know, Due to ongoing recession placements are NIT that much good. 30% - 40% placed and still accounting the highest is around 80+, avg is maybe at 10+ This is what I know about NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DELHI, AND this is my personal view on my college.

Infrastructure: Present construction is going on. The strength is low, so we can get everything what needed. Labs, classes, library and everything is smart. Food is some what okish. Other facilities related to hostel are good Canteen and medical also good. Sports and games are also not bad.

Faculty: Teachers are very good. Courses are designed and upgrade to new generation needs Exams are tough only if we are not good at attendance, students attend to class can easily get passed As I mentioned above, this my personal view on NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DELHI.

Other: I choose CSE here. And it is very good. Construction of new campus should be some fast. Quality of food should increase. Interaction should be there.

College life of NIT Delhi .

Placements: Top companies like Adobe, Microsoft, Make my trip, etc. Visit for placement. In CSE the highest package was 55lpa and average package is 21lpa and the lowest is 9lpa. Students get also internship programme. NIT Delhi have CSE placement is 98%. In NIT Delhi Training placement cell is working hard for their placement.

Infrastructure: In our college, we have facilities like Wi-Fi, library, canteen etc. Good infrastructure and facilities, classroom are fully AC, and labs are also good. Library has its own facility, and it provides Wi-Fi. Fully AC labs are there. In every lab, there is a TA for helping us.

Faculty: The teachers were helpful to us and highly qualified also. Teachers are teaching course curriculum. Semester are level in college. In our college some teachers are helpful. Every teacher has unique technique for us. Teachers are teaching to us to score well in semester.

Yes, you can get admissions in non-core branches if you try in csab round of counselling. Moreover, it depends on your state of eligibility.
