Yes, admission to a MTech course is IIIT Delhi is accepted without GATE score. However, it depends upon the chosen specialisation. GATE score is mandatory for the MTech CB course admission. However, admission to MTech CSE and ECE programmes is done based on merit in GATE, plus PGCAT-IIITD exam scores are also accepted. Additionally, for the MTech CB (DBT seats) admission, the selection is done based on GAT-B score.

Candidates with a valid BTech degree or PG Degree in Science/Mathematics/IT/Computers/MCA from a recognised university can apply for admission. It is further also necessary that the candidate passed the qualifying examination with a minimum of 65% aggregate for admission to CSE, ECE, and CB MTech courses. 

FMS Delhi admission to MBA course is based on CAT cutoffs. Candidates who meet the CAT 2023 cut off are considered by FMS Delhi for the Personal Interaction (PI) round of MBA admission 2024-25 batch. Going as per the last few year trends, candidates are expected to have a good score of 98 percentile in CAT and have a composite score of 47.520, in order to be able to participate in further rounds. Candidates who have passed Class 12 from a recognised board with at least 50% aggregate and studied Mathematics as a compulsory subject are eligible. The students interested in the BPlan course of SPA Delhi need to appear for JEE Main Paper-II. Students with a valid scores can take part in JoSAA counselling based on which seats are allotted to the eligible students. Further, selected candidates have to fill out the application and submit the required documents for verification.

It is not necessary for all aspirants to take this test. Only candidates with a bachelor’s degree in an unrelated subject area other than the course-specific ones need to take the exam.
