Yes, it is possible to get direct admission to a BEd programme without appearing for the IGNOU BEd Entrance Exam. However, this depends on the specific institution and its admission policies.

Many universities and colleges; both government and private; offer B.Ed programs with direct admission based on:

  • Merit in graduation (i.e., marks obtained in the qualifying degree)

  • Institutional quotas

  • Management seats

  • Or other alternative selection processes that do not require an entrance exam

It's important to note that IGNOU strictly conducts its own entrance test for BEd admissions, and direct admission is not available for IGNOU's BEd program

The last date for choice filling during IPU counselling generally varies depending on the course and the counselling round. However, for most programmes, the choice filling process typically ends 2 to 4 days after the start of each counselling round. Candidates are advised to complete their choice filling within the given deadline for each round, as missing it may result in disqualification from that round of seat allotment. No, ICAR CUET UG scores are not compulsory for admission to BTech courses at CCS HAU. The university conducts its entrance exam called CCSHAU (Entrance Test/ Agriculture Aptitude Test/ Common Entrance Test). The university reserves a certain percentage of seats reserved for BTech courses, which are filled through the All India Entrance Examination for Admission (AIEEA) conducted by the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR).

OBC/CW/PwBD: 5%
SC/ST: 5%
It's better to check out the official website of DU for accurate and updated guidelines.
