There are no hostel facilities available at the HMR Institute of Technology and Management. Students who need hostel facilities will have to stay outside in various hostels, PGs, or rented hostels. A canteen is present in the college, and it provides decent food at an affordable price.

HMR Institute of Technology and Management organises various extracurricular activities to engage and upskill students. It has separate dedicated rooms for indoor games and a ground with a basketball and volleyball net for outdoor games. To be eligible for admission to the BE/BTech course at HMR Institute of Technology and Management, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in class 12 in a relevant stream from any recognised board. Eligible students will have to appear for either the JEE Mains or the IPU CET exam and score valid marks to be eligible for the course. The candidate should be less than 21 years of age as of 01.08.2023.

Yes, you can get direct admission to the HMR Institute of Technology and Management. The institution offers only BTech, MCA, and MBA. To be eligible for admission to any course, the candidate has to score a minimum of 45% aggregate in the previous qualification in a relevant stream from any recognised institute. Although admissions are done based on scores obtained in JEE Main for BTech, CAT for MBA, and NIMCET for MCA. 10% of the seats are reserved for direct admission under the management quota.

Jamia Millia Islamia admission to UG and PG courses is entrance exams based. The university accepts JMI entrance exam, CUET and JEE Main for admission. Further, to be eligible for admission, students also need to pass Class 12 with 50% for admission to UG courses and a graduation degree with 50-55% aggregate for admission to PG courses.

Results of semester exams take four to six weeks generallywithin which SPA Vijayawada announces the results. This duration generally varies with the academic calendar or administrative processes.
For example, results may be out in late January or early February for examinations that happened at the end of the semester in December, while that for some of the examinations in May have extended until June or early July.
