There are a total of 60 seats in BA LLB (Hons) programme GIBS Delhi. Out of the total intake, 10% seats are for Management Quota. Out of the remaining 90%, 85% seats are reserved for Delhi candidates and 15% for outside Delhi candidates. The institute offers seats in BA LLB (Hons) course based on CLAT or CUET-UG score.

The aggregate of 50% in Class 12 for the purpose of eligibility is taken as the aggregate of best of four subjects including English and compulsory subjects, if any.

Candidates seeking to join the PGDCA course at Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI) need to have a bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Candidates will appear for the JMIEEE entrance exam based on which the selection will take place. The candidates whose scores are better would be called to counselling. You have to take CUET to get admission into a B.Sc. course at Delhi University (DU). The common entrance test is a necessity even for all undergraduate courses such as B.Sc. (Hons.), and B.Sc. (General). Candidates have to choose a language test under Section 1A and domain-specific subjects under Section 2 of CUET. CUET is scheduled to be held between 15th May and 31st May 2024.
