It is often not possible to gain straight admission into the third year of a bachelor's degree if you haven't finished your first and second years at the same university, and this includes IGNOU as well. Generally speaking, depending on the credit transfer procedures of the university you are interested in, you would have to start over from the first year or, in some situations, the second year.
For information on their policies on credit transfer and direct admission into advanced years, it is preferable to get in touch with the admissions office of the particular university.

You have less chances to get admission into B.Sc (bachelor of science) Nursing course at Ahilya Bai College of Nursing. Candidates must qualify for the NEET exam to get B.Sc nursing course admission in nursing colleges in india. The minimum qualifying marks needed is 55 marks for OBC category in this college. But to get admission, you should need marks in the range of 108 - 137 marks in NEET. So, that is why you have less chances to get admission.

Yes, Delhi Technological University (DTU) offers admission to B.Sc Automotive Engineering course through lateral entry. The lateral entry system allows students who have completed their undergraduate courses to be admitted to the second year of B.Tech courses.
