Yes, NEET MDS exam is accepted by Delhi University to offer MDS specialisation through its various affiliated courses. Delhi University allows candidates to get admission to various MDS specialisations such as Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Oral Medicine & Radiology, and Prosthodontics for various All India and Home State quotas. 

DU offers MDS courses through affiliated colleges like Lady Hardinge Medical College, University of Delhi and Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences, MAMC via NEET MDS exam.
