The weightage given for each topic in the IPU CET for Lateral Entry to B.Tech course for Diploma Holders is as follows:

  • Applied Mechanics (25%)
  • Applied Mathematics (25%)
  • Computer Awareness and
  • Physics/Chemistry Knowledge (25%)
  • Analytical and Logical Reasoning (25%)

This means that all four sections contribute equally to your final score in the IPU CET for Lateral Entry to B.Tech.

Yes, BCom (Hons) is one of the courses offered by Hindu College. The course is offered by the commerce departement of the college, at an undergraduate level. The three-year course is extended in full-time, offline mode. The college accepts admissions through the scores obtained in the CUET exam. Both MICAT scores and final merit list are released separately. Online at mica.ac.in, the official website, MICAT results are announced. Using the login credentials they created upon registration, test participants can view their results. Selected candidates will receive invitations to GE/PI at different MICA campuses after the results. BCom (Hons) is a UG-level course, extended over a period of three years. For admission to BCom (Hons) course offered by Hindu College, the accepted entrance exam is CUET. Only the candidates who have appeared for CUET and have registered for CSAS (Common Seat Allocation System) of DU, are eligible for securing a seat for BCom (Hons), Hindu College. Candidates who have completed Class 12 or are currently studying in Class 12, can appear for the CUET exam. The exam is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
