LSR, SRCC and Hindu are top colleges of DU for pursuing BCom (H). All three colleges have been ranked well by various ranking agencies. Interested candidates can refer to the following table for some of the rankings bagged by the three colleges for commerce and accounting:

The latest cutoff information for B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering at Delhi University (DU) for the General category in 2023 was a Round 1 closing rank of 17118 and a Last Round closing rank of 45530 .

But there is very good placement in all branches.

Delhi University accepts the JEE Main score for DTU B.Tech admission, followed by the JoSAA Counselling process.

The last round closing cutoff for B.Tech. students in computer Science and engineering, for the General All India category, was 4008 in 2022 and 2445 in 2021.

Candidates for the AIIMS paramedical test must have completed Biology/Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English in class 12. The aforementioned disciplines must have been studied in class 12 for applicants to the Bachelor of Optometry, B.Sc Medical Technology in Radiotherapy, or B.Sc (Hons.) Medical Technology in Radiography programs. 

Finance emerged as the top recruiting sector with 24.20% of the MBA batch 2021-23 placed in it. The snip below illustrates the sector-wise split of DTU MBA placements 2023:

Over 160 companies participated in the MBA placements 2023. Earlier, more than 150 companies were part of MBA placements 2022. The following table depicts the DTU placement trends in terms of total recruiters:

The highest international and domestic package recorded during DTU placements 2025 was INR 180 LPA and 85 LPA. Average package recorded was 15.75 LPA.

The University has not disclosed the placement percentage. However, the number of students registered and the number of students placed over the past three years of Delhi Technological University placements has been disclosed for BTech, M.Tech and MBA courses, which are as follows:

The criteria for appearing in IPU CET B.Tech counselling is considered as a little different for  regular B.Tech courses compared to B.Tech and lateral entry programs:

• Regular B.Tech Courses:
• Valid JEE Main scorecard is required. IPU CET scores are not considered for these programs.
• B.Tech (Biotechnology) & Lateral Entry Programs:
• JEE Main scorecard is not mandatory. Seat allotment for these programs happens based on your  IPU CET score.
