It all depends upon which field are you going to pursue. In all branches (Except ICT-Computer) there are high chances that you will get admission in your desired branch in PDPU. What all you need to do is never ever miss the admission form of PDPU College and you should wait for the results of even the Last round. Your percentile is too low. Yes many private colleges in Gujarat, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra takes direct admission through management quota. So, you can take by that way.
