During the last three years IIM, Ahmedabad has increased the fee for its flagship programme from Rs 19.5 Lacs to Rs 22 Lacs. In the year 2016, fee was increased to Rs 19.5 Lacs and then in 2017 it was hiked to Rs 21 Lacs and now it has again been increased to Rs 22 Lacs.

Your academics scores are decent.
All the IIM A and B have a different CAT cut-off.
Like IIM-A's minimum 80%ile and the sectional cut-off is also given weightage along with class 10th, 12th and graduation marks, and work exp. Similarly, in IIM-Bangalore and Calcutta, the minimum is 90%ile and other factors matter too.
