According to me, the best university for petroleum and energy studies is UPES. There you will get a lot of opportunities in your 4 year programme. It has a very good infrastructure as compared to SPM and Jaipuria, Noida. It has very high tech lab and also they have a high tech library when compared to SPM, and Jaipuria, Noida.

Your fees will depend on the institute from which you are going to pursue your degree.

Your plan is surely appropriate. B.Sc is definitely advantageous because it is a kind of preparation for analytical studies.

I am not sure, if the said college has any policy that will make it possible for you to do an evening course. But, other than the above college, IGNOU is the best option to do B.Ed via distance mode.

You have to clear CAT to be eligible for MBA from IIM with taking target above 95, then only you will have chances to seek admission in any IIM, so work hard accordingly.
