Hi Chandresh,
The students who wish to join for UPSC Exams SPIPA Centre should be graduate or PG from a valid University of India. Further, the other conditions are:
Mother Tongue of the candidates should be Gujarati or 1st Degree of Graduation from Gujarat or Ordinarily, a residence of Gujarat will be entitled to apply for admission.
This is a full-time course and candidates are not allowed to join any job or outside study.
As per these conditions, you might not qualify. It would be better that you get in touch with administration/enquiry office directly. Please follow the link for details:

Unfortunately, I don't have this information because the university doesn't disclose this information, but it varies every year. So, I would suggest you to give your best in the JEE Mains and then contact the college authority to know if the marks achieved by you are good enough to get admission or not.

As the cut-off marks vary every year, it will be difficult to tell. I would suggest you to contact the college authority directly for the exact information.

Nirma University is better than LNMIIT as LNMIIT is a very new college as compared to Nirma. Secondly, Nirma university has been ranked 29 by MHRD. It is better both in terms of infrastructure and placements.
