If you have been graduated 2016 or you will be graduating in 2017, you can give one more try for CAT/XAT/CMAT or other entrance exam. If you already have gap in your studies and you want to pursue MBA, you can go for UPES. If you are having job offer, it is better to go for job before to get some work experience before pursuing MBA.

Mumbai have better colleges when compared to Gujarat. Students of Gujarat try their luck in colleges of Mumbai. I remember when I was searching for a college, most of my batch mates filled form of colleges in Mumbai.

MBA from Nirma University will a good option. They offer 100% placements for MBA and the average package offered is Rs.7.5 lakhs to Rs.9 lakhs.

Yes, you can get admission in good college. St. Kabir is the best in marketing and IB and it was also best in finance and HR also because I am also doing marketing+IB.
Package offer were good.

If MBA in aviation is offered by MBA schools, I am not aware of that. But just comparing the above two, MBA in HR has better prospects since in aviation you are constraining yourself to one industry rather than a specific function.
