Operations area at IIMA is one of the best that you can find in India. There are several renowned professors who are involved in several consulting projects for government and private corporations. The area offers several courses throughout the year and you can most certainly benefit from them.

Dear Vishal Parekh,
Most colleges have a management quota or B-category seats for students who have not given or qualified the entrance exams. You can contact the colleges of your choice to check if they have such provision.
All the best.

No, To get an admission in IIMA, you need to appear for CAT. Only people working outside India are allowed to use GMAT score instead of CAT for admission.

You are seriously disadvantaged in terms of your academic performance. To get a call from IIMA, you will need to do really well in CAT. I would guess you would certainly need to get more than 99.7 percentile. Higher the percentile, better it is for you.

If you are particular about MBA in hospital management, then IIHMR University is what I personally be recommending any time. As looking at future perspective, it's even known outside India and counted among one of the the top notch in India specially for hospital and health management.
