It is not necessary to have a work experience before joining IIMs. The difference is that few IIMs give extra marks for applicants with work experience, which makes their chances of getting admission, slightly higher.

Dear sonal sharma. MMS is strongly designed course for corporate needs. SP jain such institutes are getting average salary 18.5 lakh per annum. The highest salary package is getting 36 lakhs per annum. so all the best. MMS is a good course.

Surely, I say. Any qualification is better than a zero. Moreover, one will gain some knowledge and awareness. All universities are equally good, or bad, for that matter.
