NID Bangalore and NID Ahmedabad cannot really be compared because NID Bangalore is the extended campus of NID Ahmedabad and the institutes have a common admission process and a centralised placement cell.

NID Ahmedabad offers BDes and MDes, on the other hand NID Bangalore only offers an MDes.

Both the institutes offers different MDes specialisations, therefore the choice of institute will majorly depend on the specialisation selection of a candidate. For instance, if an aspirant wish to pursue MDes with specialisation in Digital Game Design, he/she will have to take admission at the Bangalore campus because the NID Ahmedabad does not offer the aforementioned specialisation.

The list of specialisation offered by both NIDs is mentioned below:

UK Tarsadia University: The UGC has authorized Uka Tarsadia University, Surat, which was founded in 2013. The university collaborates with around 50 different organizations across multiple industries. There are twenty institutes at Uka Tarsadia University that provide a range of undergraduate, graduate, and doctorate programs. Nineteen organizations and committees exist to support students' development, growth, and ability to think creatively.

AURO University: A private institution called AURO institution was founded in Surat in 2011. The University Grants Commission (UGC) has acknowledged it. It received the 2017 EPICURUS - Indian Hospitality Award Ceremony at HITEX title of Best University in Hospitality Management. The School of Hospital Management received the Torchbearer Institution of Indian Tourism award in the same year. School of Business, School of Hospitality Management, School of Information Technology, School of Law, School of Design, School of Journalism & Mass Communication, School of Liberal Arts & Human Sciences, and School of Sciences are the six schools that make up the university.

PSG Institute of Management offers number of MBA programmes. The flagship programme of the institute is the MBA programme offered in affiliation to Anna University. The programme is offered for a duration of 2 years in Full-time mode. Candidates who have a bachelor's degree with 60% marks in aggregate in any discipline are eligible to apply for the programme. Candidates who are in final year of graduation can also apply, such students will be offered provisional admission which is subjected to the completion of their graduation. Candidates must appear for CAT  / MAT  / ATMA  / TANCET 

Selection Process: Selection to the programme is based on academic performance in the Under Graduate Degree and scores obtained in the entrance test. The final selection will be based on Group Discussion and Personal Interview. Candidates with work experience will have an added advantage.

Specializations offered: Finance, Human Resource, Marketing and Decision Science & Analytics

Students can choose a max. of 8 elective course from 67 available electives from disciplines of Finance, Human Resource, Marketing and Decision Science & Analytics. Specialization can be one elective, dual electives or a combination of multiple disciplines of interest is possible. 

PSG Institute of Management offers various courses like MBA, PGDM, and MS. Some of the courses offered by the PSG Institute of Management are MS in Research, MBA in Waste Management, etc.  PSG Institute of Management also offers doctoral level programmes. The institute not only offers MBA programme in affiliation with Anna University but also in collaboration with foreign universities like Leeds Beckett University,  University of Toledo,  Northern Kentucky University, and Illinois Institute of Technology. Option 3: Purchase admission pack from Amity campus/information center

Buy an application pack from Amity Information Centers / Campuses. The admission pack is available for Rs 500 at the following Amity Information Centres/ Campuses in Noida, Greater Noida, Lucknow, Jaipur, Gurgaon (Manesar), Gwalior, Kolkata, Mumbai, Raipur & Ranchi.

Not getting into IIT Gandhinagar or any other premium IIT should not be considered an end to a student’s career. While IIT Gandhinagar can give an average salary of INR 19.60 LPA to its 2023 placements batch, can IIT Gandhinagar guarantee the same for each and every student of the batch? The answer is no. What truly matters is a student’s dream to pursue a career in Engineering and as long as they are ready to work on their learning and are focused towards achieving their goal, they must not feel defeated in case of not getting into IIT Gandhinagar.

Additionally, students always have an option to go for other good private and government universities and colleges to pursue their BTech degree. Some of these options are as follows:
