- National Law University (NLU), Jodhpur.
- University of Mumbai - Department of Law.
- University of Delhi (DU) - Faculty of Law.
- Acharya Nagarjuna University.
- The W.B. National University of Juridical Sciences (NUJS) .
- Indian Law Institute (ILI) .
- Amity University - Amity Law School.
- National Law School of India University (NLSIU).

Yes it is valid. One need 2 year LL. M to be eligible for teaching in colleges subject to qualifying other elligibilities like NET. 1 year LL. M is not valid for teaching. KUK distance LL. M is definitely valid for appointment as professor. To become an assistant professor of Law, the academic record of the candidate should be at least 55% marks in LL. M. degree. The NET clearance is a mandate. However, if an applicant holds a Ph.D. degree, then the requirement of the minimum eligibility condition of NET is exempted. Private colleges just need LL. M and NET qualification.

Hello Khushi, presently you are studying in SRM and is now desirous of shifting to IPU. Right? Theoretically it's possible but practically it's almost impossible. This is so since these private institutions think that if a student shifts to another then they will loose revenue. But SRM has a good name and also record of vibrant placement cell. Just think over.
