After induction programme regular curriculum will start. First 2 days will be about the faculty and institution introduction. Then on second day faculty members interact with the parents. Then there are lots of reputed guests come for guest lecture and acknowledge students and management. They also help students through management games and lot of motivation. Motivational speakers also come. They also provide 1week tour to Goa or manali or coorg or leh ladakh. In order to work on team building activities. There is brief analysis about syllabus of management. They take you to lot of industrial visits. No other college provides these many things in induction programme and that is why may be RIIM is famous for it.
