Both are premier institutions. With IBMR having an edge as the Institute provides excellent facilities with good infrastructure. Placement records are good, case study on fortune 500 companies, stipends on internships. The entrance is through CAT. You need to consider another alternative in case you are unable to get a seat in the desires MBA. Hi,
Your score is not very supportive especially for a popular field of computer science as such.
You need to check the exact details of the cut off from the college website.
You can try more colleges which are equally good and conduct their own entrance exams.
I know of LPU which would inform you the eligibility for a course, admission criteria as well as the scholarship for which you would be eligible including the scholarships it offers to aid education in such grim conditions of covid. The entrance test syllabus and paper pattern too is given.

According to the UGC Act, 1956 a degree can be awarded only by a university that's established under a central, state/provincial act or an institution empowered by an Act of Parliament to confer a degree. I think IILM is the best option among these 3 options. While a lot of features like placement, location, affiliation, etc might be similar in all these colleges but where IILM stands out among these colleges is:

According to google both the college's have approximately same rating of 4.2 & 4.1. But dear friend I have like to acknowledge you that GLA Mathura has a renowned fame, but on the other hand if you opt for NCR you are too nearer with new technologies.
