For fashion design, the placement figures are not directly comparable because both universities present their data differently. LPU currently lists a the highest package of INR18 LPA, INR11.4 LPA as the average for the top 10%, and 70+ recruiters for fashion. Its curriculum also includes practical projects, technology and industry exposure. Chitkara focuses on studio work, internships, live briefs and industry collaborations, but its fashion page does not clearly give a separate the highest package for fashion.
