IPE would be a better option. By choosing IPE, you would become a part of top B-schools of India.
For IPE, Cut-off percentile is 60 and more in any one test. I.e CAT/MAT/GMAT/CMAT/ATMA. So, you are eligible to apply. Final admission is based on academic performance, test score and GD/PI performance. Equal weightage will be given to all.

There is a chance. There are students with 58% in my college. So, wait for the official notification. But, you do have a chance.
