No, Indian school of business (ISB), Hyderabad does not offer BBA course. It offers only MBA / PGDM courses.

NIzam college is not a great option for pursuing MBA as it doesn't feature even under the top 50 colleges in India. Thus the placements are also pretty average/below average. Better avoid it.
