PGPM means Post Graduate Program in Management, Its a one year course.
A minimum work experience of two years by March 31, 2016 is mandatory and candidates found not fulfilling this criteria will not be admitted.

Hello Gagandeep, ISB&M is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Hence, there will be no problem to be faced in future.
