Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture and Fine Arts University caters to two colleges, namely the College of Fine Arts and the School of Planning and Architecture, which provide a number of PhD research, UG and PG courses. The university offers more than 20 courses in Design, Engineering, Architecture & Planning streams. The programmes include BDes, BFA, MFA, M.Arch, BArch, etc.

Aspirants need to complete intermediate or equivalent to apply for JNAFAU BDes course. Besides, the university also conducts an entrance exam to select candidates for BDes. FADEE is an offline exam of 180 minutes. The minimum cutoff marks to qualify in the entrance examination is 35% for all categories.

JNFAU offers two-year MFA programme spread across four semesters. Aspirants who have BFA degree can apply for MFA programme at JNAFAU. The university offers MFA in four specialisations as mentioned below:

• Applied Arts & Visual Communication
• Painting
• Sculpture 
• Photography & Media Communication

The total tuition fee for JNAFAU BDes is INR 3 lakh. This information is sourced from official website/ sanctioning body and is subject to change. Candidates need to pay course fee at the time of admission to confirm their seat in the university. Besides, aspirants need to pay an application fee of INR 1,800 to register for BDes course in the start.

JNAFAU offers BDes in Interior Design for a duration of four-years at the UG level. Candidates who have completed intermediate or equivalent can apply for the BDes course. Admission to JNAFAU BDes programme is based on FADEE conducted by the university. 

There are a total of 95 regular seats in BFA offered at JNAFAU. Aspirants are offered seat in BFA based on FADEE score. Below is course-wise intake for BFA:

Aspirants need to pay an application fee while applying for admissions at JNAFAU. Candidates need to pay an application fee of INR 1,800 for admission. There is a concession in the application fee for SC/ ST candidates. Aspirants belonging to SC/ ST category need to pay INR 900 to register for a course. Aspirants applying for concession under SC/ ST category have to upload a Caste/ Community Certificate from the Mandal Revenue Officer (MRO) issued after June 2014. 

 Jawaharlal Nehru Architecture And Fine Arts University admissions are currently open. The university releases the application form usually in the first week of June. The application closes by the second week of July. Aspirants meeting the eligibility criteria can apply on the official website of the university. However, the application deadline is completed for 2024 admissions.
