There are many courses offered in Osmania University, like B.Tech, MCA, MBA etc. but among them in NIRF ranking B.Tech course in this university ranked 88th in India .and has one of the highest package offered in this college the highest package offered in this year was about 23LPA and even many more companies are visiting the college with good number of offers and packages this year.

The Basic qualification required to get a seat in Osmania University is that one should pass class 12th with 60% or more. The students who appear for its entrance exams among the general category and OBC students should clear the entrance exams with around 55% or more and SC and ST students should clear the exams with about 35% or more, after which seat allotment will be done based on the marks and rank obtained by the students.

University College of Engineering, Osmania University has its own exams like DOST. The entrance exam form will be out in the time of June - July. It may differ in different years. There are many phases in (DOST) through which students are selected for different courses under different branches.
