Go for Jaipuria Institute of Management Noida then. It is a great choice if you're planning to shift to NCR region. The environment there is really good for the overall development of students. Good companies come there for placements.

The preference should be made on where you live. Since, all four campuses belong to the same brand, most things are same, even placements are centralized. So, if you live in Lucknow, then choosing Lucknow campus would be wise, as you'll save the hostel fees. There is a difference in the fees depending upon the campus too. PGDM is offered in all four campuses. However, PGDM - Financial Serves amd Retail Management are offered in Lucknow only, PGDM in Service management in Noida and Jaipur, PGDM - Marketing in Noida, and PGDM in all four. The level of difficulty is unpredictable as it varies. However, I'll say moderate to tough. But if you know about the distribution and percent weightage of marks in the admission process at Jaipuria Institute of Management, you may prepare more efficiently for admission. They are as follows:
1. Score in CAT/ MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ GMAT 45% (maximum Weightage)
2. Case-based Group Discussion: 15%
3. Personal Interview: 20%
4. Academic Performance (previous): 15%
5. Work Experience, Sports and Extracurricular Activities: 5%. If you combine the percent scores allotted to GD and PI, it sums to 35%, and hence it becomes important to prepare for both.

You can complete your BCA first year at one college and continue in the second year at another college.
However you will have to remember certain things-
you might have to appear for the first years subjects exams all over again if your previous university does not have the same subjects.
its not going to be easy
documentation is going to be a mess for you
YOU CANNOT HAVE ANY ACTIVE BACKLOG (Failed subject) FROM YOUR FORMER UNIVERSITY
However, if you switch from one college to another which are under the same university, you will have absolutely no problems and none of the above statements would hold true.
Cheers

Hi, I can understand your apprehension and angst why you are studying in 12th standard. But let me assure you that the marks in the 12th standard are not the criteria for getting admission for BTech in any discipline. For IIT one needs to score minimum 75% off marks in the 12th board. After this the students performance in JEE Mains will enable him to appear for JEE advanced and the performance in JEE advanced would only enable the student to get admission in any one of the IIT's. My sincere advice to you would be not to look for marks in the 12th examination but lay more emphasis on learning the concepts that the teachers will try to
